The Anaesthesia department of Gbagada General Hospital provides safe anaesthetic services for surgeries, pain management services and intensive care services via the ICU.This is achieved via robust Continous Medical and Nursing Education,Skill acquisition, **(Such as CENTRAL LINE INSERTIONS, BASIC AND ADVANCE LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING, PERIPHERAL NERVE BLOCKS etc) trainings and retrainings, a preoperative clinic for outpatients and preoperative ward reviews for inpatients,Resuscitation and Optimization of critically ill patient, intraoperative
pain management, post anaesthesia care via our recovery unit, High dependecy unit and intensive care Unit.The department is one of the anaesthesia residency training Unit under Lagos state hospital service commission.
Our Goal is to provide Safe Anaesthesia for all our patients
